She helped to find our perfect home within our budget and requirements list. She also recommended local contractor, home inspector to make sure that house is in a good condition and all of the systems work the way they should be. Alicia is very reliable and customer service oriented real estate agent. She always answered my phone calls and emails full of real estate questions and mortgage confusion. She assisted us with finding a good local lawyer and helped a lot with mortgage paperwork that was filed with the bank. Anytime we needed to look at the house or stop by her office with additional questions she always accommodated our requests. We are so blessed to have her as our real estate agent and would highly recommend her as a knowledgable and highly organized real estate professional. I had sent an inquiry to Alicia's office and she responded to my email within a few hours and we were on the phone the next morning discussing what we were looking to purchase. The following weekend we met with Alicia at Masthope and she was very well prepared with homes to show us and she had all the information possible on the homes that she had on our list. She had answers to almost all of our questions and even went above and beyond and did some research on the questions she was unsure of and followed up with us in the next few days. We went to look at house on 3 different weekends and she was more then happy to meet with us on our schedule and show us whatever we wanted to see of which many we were looking at for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th time. We decided on the home we wanted to place an offer on and Alicia was excellent in assisting with the negotiation process and we feel that we got a great deal on a great house.
