Since this was our first home, she guided us from beginning to end with everything. We had a less-than-stellar experience with a previous agent, and she really helped ease our anxiety from the start. Jessica was incredibly understanding when one of the houses we looked at didnt quite work out; she never made us feel like we were wasting her time. When we had questions, she was quick to answer and didnt make us feel uncomfortable asking (even the dumb ones, we didnt know what an earnest payment was, for example). When we were dealing with a mortgage company that was rude (BOA was very pushy and cryptic when we asked questions), she connected us with loan officer Ryan, who was incredibly helpful and who we ultimately chose for our loan. And when our offer was accepted, she put us in touch with inspector Chris, who was able to do the inspection right away at a very reasonable price. If you ever get the chance to work with her, we highly recommend you take it. Excepting her call was the best decision we could have ever made.

She promptly answered her phone and right away I knew she was an honest, very knowledgeable, hard working Realtor who would take good care of our home buying needs. My husband and I have our own real estate brokerage in the NYC metro/Hoboken area of Jersey so we set out to find the true best. Jess took the last 6 months getting to know us and exactly what we were looking for specifically, and she had the utmost patience with us, our two little rambunctious boys, and our wish list. She mustve answered a thousand or more emails and texts with our questions and never had to once say "hmm let me get back to you". She always knew the answers to how it works out in PA, Masthope especially. The transaction got very very bumpy at the end and the seller's side made some gross misrepresentations among other issues however, Jess was able to help us right the ship and send us add'l resources to further help us post close. We'd consider her a friend after all we've been through and cant wait to have her over for a BBQ.
