Kyle was incredibly helpful in moving my mother and handling both the sale and purchase of a home. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very attentive throughout the entire process. Downsizing with a parent can be challenging, but he made everything much easier. I highly recommend Kyle, especially if you're helping an elderly family member buy or sell a home.

Tom was a pleasure to work with on selling my property- he was a consistently calming figure during a stressful market and I highly recommend him. Knowledgable, efficient, and detail orientedaEUR" him and team worked diligently and, in the end, got my property sold.

Tom was very helpful getting our apartment onto the market in a very short timeline. He provided excellent and thorough comparable information for pricing, great movers and handyman, and professional photographer to help prepare the apartment for the market. He was strategic and professional throughout the entire process. He posted the apartment on all the right channels and toured multiple qualified people through the space. We are delighted and recommend Tom highly!

Matt Woebcke delivered an exceptional experience navigating the Potrero Hill real estate market. His deep knowledge of local pricing, buyer demand, and timing allowed us to position the property effectively and achieve strong results. He is highly professional, detail-oriented, and communicates clearly at every stage. From strategic marketing to skilled negotiation, Matt ensured a smooth and efficient transaction. I highly recommend Matt for anyone buying or selling in Potrero Hill or the greater San Francisco area.

Matt was extremely unprofessional and the whole process felt dishonest. The communication was poor, the details were confusing and I don't trust the way he runs the business. I would strongly advise others to avoid working with him.
