ZillowMatt Woebcke delivered an exceptional experience navigating the Potrero Hill real estate market. His deep knowledge of local pricing, buyer demand, and timing allowed us to position the property effectively and achieve strong results. He is highly professional, detail-oriented, and communicates clearly at every stage. From strategic marketing to skilled negotiation, Matt ensured a smooth and efficient transaction. I highly recommend Matt for anyone buying or selling in Potrero Hill or the greater San Francisco area.
ZillowMatt was extremely unprofessional and the whole process felt dishonest. The communication was poor, the details were confusing and I don't trust the way he runs the business. I would strongly advise others to avoid working with him.
ZillowMatt helped us buy one place and sell another and both experiences were extremely positive. He is honest, skilled and as a bonus, great to deal with on a personal level. Will use his services in the future and would & will recommend him without hesitation! Oh
ZillowWe recently worked with Matt to sell our condo in San Francisco. Without a doubt, he was the best agent for the job. He is connected with the right network of professionals to have best prepared our home for the sales process from end-to-end. He is very responsive (we were demanding customers), and savvy about the local market. His efforts yielded us an excellent price per sq.f.
ZillowWe had a fantastic experience working with Matt and his colleague Todd Montgomery. They set out a plan, handled all the details of getting the property ready, and has us multiple, benchmark-setting offers in under a week. Professional, efficient and effective: we were lucky to work with them.
ZillowMatt was simply excellent through our whole process. Matt helped find numerous homes for us, and helped us with a number of offers. He set good expectations on what homes would likely sell for, and what a good offer would be.
ZillowMatt was hands-down the BEST thing that we could have asked for in our house hunt through SF. He was so thoughtful, took time to get to know what our wants and needs were, and then showed us the whole breadth and scope of what our budget would get us in the city. He knows the city well and will help you find your dream place like he did for us! Can't say enough good things about Matt!
ZillowMatt is an excellent agent and goes above and beyond to ensure that every detail is addressed. He is extremely responsive and is happy to provide his expertise throughout every aspect of the home purchase process. He has a deep understanding of the local market and helped us to secure the best deal possible, which proved invaluable given the competitive market. Matt proactively lends his expertise in addressing every aspect of home purchase. He has a solid understanding of the lending process and helps navigate the process with the mortgage lender to ensure a smooth close. He provides a balanced view in determining when to use the project design center vs. outside contractors, and has a network of high quality, reputable contractors and designers he can recommend as needed. I highly recommend Matt to anyone looking for a dependable and skilled real estate agent.
ZillowMatt was our real estate agent last year when we were looking to buy a condo in San Francisco. He was very professional, friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. Overall, he was a joy to work with!
ZillowGreat Agent. Matt Help me understand what all buying process is and also find me my dream house. He was very helpful to show several places and he understands what my taste is. It was pleasure to work with Matt.
ZillowMatt is amazing!!! He help us found and negotiated a great deal on a home of our dream. If you want to someone to work hard for you and always have your best interest, Matt is your guy.
ZillowMatt has been an excellent resource in seeking and vetting rental tenants for our high end condo in SF. He has professional tools to effectively market real estate and general great design sense and taste in property. We would recommend his services.
ZillowI have purchased and rented a few properties over the years with the help of real estate agents. Matt, however, stands apart from any agent I have dealt with in the past. Matt is a consummate professional, who in a very difficult SF market for buyers, consistently prioritized my interests in negotiating the best possible deal. He is patient, organized and looks beyond the immediate transaction unlike most real estate agents I have dealt with in the past. It was a pleasure working with him and would certainly have him represent me as a seller or buyer again in the future.
ZillowMatt helped us first in getting out of a sticky situation with a house it turned out we couldn't afford. He guided us in the right direction, eventually leading to us making a profit on what we thought was going to end badly - so that was awesome! Then he helped us choose wisely on the next purchase, avoiding the mistakes we made on our first home, getting us exactly what we needed with what we had so that we now own a fantastic property that's perfect for us! Great all round! Very knowledgeable, helpful, approachable, honest, good negotiator, lots of amazing insight, etc. In short, he knows his stuff! I can't recommend Matt highly enough!
ZillowMatt helped me get a tenant at the rent I wanted for a short-term rental in my condo. He was extremely attentive, listened to my concerns and found the right tenantaEUR"making what could have been a stressful situation smooth sailing. Since I moved out of the area, he has been invaluable to me in handling situations and working with my tenant to ensure a pleasant experience for all. I would definitely use Matt again to sublease or sell when the time comes.
ZillowMatt helped us find a beautiful home in Mill Valley. Inventory was very low in our price range, so Matt employed some creative techniques to find us a great home that hadn't even hit the MLS yet! We were able to submit our offer early and close the deal. Matt then guided us through the closing process, nudging us to complete obscure documents so that we would close in a very short time frame. If it weren't for Matt, we surely wouldn't be living in such a gorgeous location - especially on our budget! We will recommend him over and over again.
