Wow - what an incredible experience with Michael as our realtor! From a little conversation over drinks about our dream property to signing the closing papers, Michael was in our corner 100% of the time. His quick connection with the seller's realtor (even before we made our official offer), his phone calls to the town, VDOT and the utility companies, his introduction to the lender we used, and his constant communicativeness with us made this experience smooth and painless. He dealt with any questions or problems quickly and skillfully and we never felt that we were on our own while buying land (a first for us). We would recommend Michael to anyone, and we will absolutely use him in the future should we have any real estate needs at all.

I can't speak highly enough about Michael Kalaman and the wonderful work he did helping us with the sale of a piece of land recently. We are not from the area and knew nothing about the property nor did we know any realtors. Thankfully my realtor friend connected us to Michael. Within a few days of talking and agreeing to list with him, he had visited the property, taken drone shots, talked with the county, had the hay cut and researched comps. Within another few days we were under contract (for nearly asking price!) and 2ish weeks later we closed. His expertise and professionalism were the best I've ever seen. He is definitely the one you want representing you whether you are buying or selling!
