My family and I are currently living and working outside of the US, with plans to move back permanently in the near future. We found a home that we would like to purchase, however, because of the pandemic travel restrictions, it was impossible to visit and take care of the purchase, paperwork and everything else that goes with the sale of a home in person. Therefore we needed someone that could handle this transaction for us remotely. Then we found Michael!Michael was so easy and great to work with. He went up, over and beyond all the reasonable things a realtor should do. I dont think there will be enough space to list all the amazing things he did for us. This past year, he helped us purchase our new home as well as sell our old one. He is organized, responsive, and above all, proactive! Many questions or issues we brought up throughout the buying and selling process Michael had already addressed and had reasonable options laid out for us. He made himself available for calls at any time of day or night, (which was an unfortunate necessity because we were communicating with a 12 hour time difference).
