ReviewIsaac is a top shelf realtor with expert knowledge of homes in this area and in general. He asked detailed questions about our interests months before we were ready to make an offer and set us listing that fit our needs. He was selective and honest in his assessment of homes we ended up visiting and even encouraged us to pass on a home, which showed us he was truly in it for our benefit. Hes also a highly capable remodeler and because of this he was able to give us honest reflections on an old farmhouse we were interested in. Ultimately he helped us land and close the deal in a tough market on home that was perfect for us. He really went the extra mile and celebrated with us when we got what we wanted. Hes both down to earth and exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. You wont find a better realtor.

Review This was my first home buying experience and I honestly dont know how I could have made such a big decision without Isaacs help. Isaac was always available to communicate via text, phone call or email. He gave me so much information about the homes I toured and was completely transparent about the positives and negatives of each house, which I greatly appreciated as someone who is not knowledgeable about what to look for. I never felt rushed and always knew that Isaac had my best interest in mind and truly wanted me to find the perfect home for me. He was so helpful throughout the closing period. I love my house! Review I cant say enough thanks to Isaac! Buying a home in another state we don't quite familiar with is certainly a challenge. My husband and I had been looking for a retirement home in Shenandoah Valley area Virginia for about a year and Isaac is a great realtor agent to work with. We appreciated how he was always extremely responsive and helpful through the entire process and how we felt like he was always looking out for our interests. Ultimately, Isaac was able to deliver when we found the property we wanted. Review We were out of town sellers of a house with tenants, we had a contract with in a week of listing it. Isaac has a firm grasp of the market and provided useful insight and feedback when setting the price and contract negotiations. Isaac also navigated the extra challenge of a third party (tenant) seamlessly and took it upon himself to coordinate directly with the tenants which was a huge help for us. There were other items that the Seller typically handles that Isaac stepped in and handled for us as well. If we have another real estate deal in Isaac's area he would be our first call.

Review For the past few years, I have been looking to purchase my first home. When I started looking, I always felt nervous and on edge about the process and didn't feel the agents I worked with had my best interest in mind. That is, until I started working with Isaac Hull. When talking with him, I always felt he was being supportive, honest and knowledgeable. Since this was my first home I certainly asked a lot of questions and communication was always quick and easy to understand. He also asked me a lot of questions so he knew exactly what I was looking for and what was a good fit, much appreciated! Another HUGE positive about working with Isaac Hull was the fact that he has construction knowledge and experience. When walking through houses, he was able to discuss details about each property and explain projects that could be done and how. This was extremely helpful when making a decision. Review We recently used Isaac Hull as a selling agent. He came highly recommend by some friends so we gave it a shot. The first meeting proved to be the right choice and in the later weeks, proved to be the only choice buyers or sellers should make. Here is why, we rate Isaac with 5 stars. 1. Isaac's knowledge of the Harrisonburg area, market and customer base proved to be very in depth, direct and accurate. Our house was photographed with over 50 professional images uploaded to the MLS. We were priced right for our community. Marketed with advertisements and mail circulations. The communication between sellers and agent were frequent, informative and gave us the knowledge to make great decisions. 2. Within 21 days of our house being listed (expecting the community average of 54 days) we were under contract with multiple bids. 3. During our inspection process we identified a few areas that needed to be addressed. Due to the Buyers Agents poor timeline and Managment, we were under the gun for completing the work in time for closing. Because of Isaac's construction background and historical work with contractors we had an immediate response (one was the same day service) to address these issues. Talk about a stress relief... as we called around, we were getting appointments well outside the closing period. With Isaac's help... we closed on time and all items were complete. We know that buying and selling are very stressful times. We would not have survived without Isaac Hull's knowledge of the market, connections within the community for services and contractors. Having a Agent that knows how the work should be done, have it done right and keep the contract moving to a close is priceless!

I had barely committed to the prospect and told myself that I wouldnt settle for anything less than exceptional in terms of location, value and the potential for perfection. I was more than doubtful when I gave Isaac my seemingly impossible aEURoewish listaEUR? within the physical boundaries and budgetary limitations specifiedaEUR| and though he was straight up about the odds of my ideal purchase prospects, he went above and beyond searching over the next few months to appease my almost ridiculous request. Lo and behold, Isaac was able to deliver when he found the almost-perfect home at the perfect price on a plot of land that would allow me to add on or use as I saw fit through a private seller. Review There is nothing comfortable or easy about real estate transactions in a fickle housing economy. I have dealt in real estate several times since the crash due to employment transfers and relocations and each time have lost more hair and shaved years off my life from the stressaEUR| that is until a colleague referred me to Isaac Hull. Isaac represented my wife and I in the sale of my last home and for the first time I was put at ease when dealing with an agent and the buyers reps. His knowledge of the local market and his proficiency in the selling process lifted a tangible weight off of my shoulders. After one meeting, he explained to us in plain English the simplified steps and expected timelines for the sale, meanwhile providing tips and referrals for odds and ends that ultimately expedited the process and gained significant traction for our listing in the market.
