My original review follows, below. Since that review, Lynn contacted me by phone. She was concerned by my saying she hadnt responded. I can only assume that her response(s) to me were lost in the technology somewhere. I have been working with Lynn for a couple weeks now, remotely as I am in Ohio. Lynn has been very helpful in locating potential properties but also in answering follow-up questions. I have never waited more than a day for an email response. She has send documents upon request and seems to have great local knowledge that is helping us determine if a property is a good match. So far, none have been but Lynn seems very interested in maintaining a relationship to help me locate the property thats a perfect match. Time will tell, but my review below now appears to be quite inaccurate. My apologies!Requested information on property. Lynn responded, once. When we didnt purchase, she never responded again. We were looking for retirement property. As with all agents weve dealt with so far, if we dont buy one of the first few properties we investigate, they drop us like a hot potato!
