Kathy is a gem--over the last 19 years we?ve moved over a dozen times and worked with at least 19 different real estate agents in various capacities. Weve been disappointed with all of them EXCEPT Kath. She has represented my family as both buyers and sellers and Id be delighted if only she was the only agent I ever had to work with again, *sigh--we had to leave Rhode Island and definitely missed her as we searched for a home out west. The best words to describe Kath as a real estate agent are ?Well rounded asset with compassion for humans.? She does it all, knows and does it all extremely well and does it personably. She isn?t as interested in getting ?the sale? as she is in helping people become integrated in the community and finding a home which really works for them. We have referred many coworkers and friends to Kathy and everyone has had the same experience and loved her as well, many using her as a buyer?s agent and then again having her list their home when they moved away. After closing she checks in periodically. She has all the referrals too! Need a plumber, electrician, septic tank service, roofer, etc? Kath has a guy/gal for that?every referral was honest and reasonable, no need to even get a competitive quote. I miss this tremendously. Oh how I wish I had Kathy all the other times I used a real estate agent?everyone needs a Kath in their life!

We just sold and bought a house three days ago. I had first contacted Kathy months prior to get her views on real estate in Cumberland, RI. We were hesitant because our financial situation would be better next year, but nonetheless we met and talked about things. Unfortunately we had to suspend looking for a few months and during that time Kathy was never pushy at all. In fact, she wished us well and waited until we contacted her. From the first moment onward I felt confident in Kathys knowledge of the area(she got two offers within days of placing it on the market), her insight into the business and finances, her extraordinary list of plumbers, electricians, chimney sweeps, etc. and her resourcefulness. Kathy is exceptional at what she does and is a kind and generous person on top of that. I do not plan on moving again anytime soon, but I would certainly call on her and her team if the situation arises. Buying and selling is stressful but Kathys professionalism and positive manner helps take some of that away. Anyone looking to buy or sell in Southeastern Massachusetts or Rhode Island should consider talking with Kathy--you will not be disappointed. I would give 10 stars if I could!CM Cumberland, RI
