My girlfriend and I worked with Jenn for nearly 4 months while we searched high and low for a property that fit all of our criteria in the Valley. At the beginning, she took careful note of the must-haves on our list, and proceeded to send us property after property that matched almost exactly with what we were looking for. It took quite some time for us to finally be in a position to make an offer on any of these houses for various reasons, none of which were her fault (we were new transplants and needed in-town jobs, bank accounts, couldn't get time off work to see properties in time, etc.)Despite these challenges, out of the at least 60 or 70 properties she sent us (we had very particular requirements), at least 20 we could have moved into happily with no regrets. When we saw places in person that didn't measure up to expectations (ours or the listings themselves), she was straight forward about what it looked like they might need (upkeep and maintenance-wise) and how we might have to bid to have a shot at going under contract.Once we did finally go under contract for a house, the inspection revealed some very serious issues that would end up sinking that particular deal. When she called us to inform us of the inspection findings, she already had another property lined up for us to see later that day that once again, ticked every box for us. We wound up going under contract for that house, and we are now extremely happy homeowners in our very first (dream!) house. We literally could not have done this without her help, and we owe everything to her for helping us to get set up. She was knowledgeable, savvy to local properties, values and the current buying market and helped us navigate every challenge easily. She kept us completely informed, every step of the way, answering our calls after hours, and going way out of her way to help us at every turn.I would recommend her to anyone and everyone trying to buy here in the valley, and we will never use anyone else.
