Her knowledge and implementation of the local resources available to assist with water/mold damage to the home was incredible. The information she provided was solid. She was willing to help with insurance claims, restoration bids, etc., and went far out of her way to assist me from a distance. What went from an "ordinary house for sale" to a damaged item then to a successful sale was all I could ask for from anyone. She was always available when we needed to look at a property. The property that we finally purchased was in the area that we wanted and our price range. Karen noticed early one morning that a property with our requirements had come on the market that day. We were able to be the first to view the place and put in an offer. They did not even have time to put up the "for sale" sign! They accepted our offer by 8:00 that evening and now we are owners!
