Buying my first home felt overwhelming at first, but Dylan Warner made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked hard to find a home that checked all the boxes. He was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always willing to answer my questions throughout the process. I never felt pressured, and I always knew Dylan had my best interests in mind. His communication was excellent, and he made sure I understood every step from touring homes to closing. Thanks to his dedication and expertise, I was able to buy my first home, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you're looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to help you find the right home, I highly recommend Dylan Warner. Thank you for making my first home-buying experience such a great one!

Incredible Professionalism and Support! We had to transition to Dylan after our long-time realtor and close friend had to step away for health reasons, and we could not have asked for a better professional to step in. Taking over as quarterback mid-game is never easy, but Dylan stepped into the huddle with incredible confidence, empathy, and absolute professionalism. ?From day one, Dylan didn't miss a beat. He learned our playbook instantly, picked up exactly where things left off, and executed the rest of the game plan flawlessly. He is highly knowledgeable, incredibly communicative, and stayed entirely on top of every detail to drive us right down the field to a successful finish. ?What could have been a stressful and difficult transition turned into a smooth win thanks to Dylan's dedication and calm expertise. We are incredibly grateful for his hard work and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, top-tier realtor who can deliver under any circumstances!

My wife was born and raised in Grand Junction, and when it came to buying our first home, we met Dylan Warner at the Cristi Reece Group, and it was a no-brainer to work with him. The professionalism, guidance, and overall experience Dylan provided us as first-time home buyers was something that will bring us back if we ever need to purchase another home. I couldnt recommend him enough to anyone in the Grand Junction area.

I cant say enough great things about Dylan Warner specifically. Ive bought and sold multiple properties over the years and worked with several different real estate agencies, and Dylan truly stands out. Selling a home can be stressful, and he made the entire process feel smooth, organized, and genuinely supported from start to finish. His attention to detail is outstanding, his response time is incredibly quick, and his communication was clear, consistent, and thoughtful every step of the way. He was professional, knowledgeable, and seamless to work with. If youre looking for a real estate group that goes above and beyond, this is absolutely the team you want in your corner.

As we were shopping around for local realtors, The Christi Reece Group kept coming up with the best reviews and with some of the most experience in the area. My wife and I were not disappointed. Dylan Warner was our realtor and we couldn't have been more happy. Dylan proved himself to be energetic, knowledgeable, and professional. Dylan made himself available for all of our questions and concerns every step of the way, day or night. Dylan was efficient and kept the ball rolling without cutting corners. Dylan was thorough and explained everything in the offers and contracts in laymen's terms. I recommend Dylan and his team at the Christi Reece Group to others and hope to do business with him again in the future!
