We just had the pleasure of working with Alison Andrews on the purchase of our new home in Metairie, LA. We met Alison at an open house earlier and became very comfortable with her and believed she could assist us with the purchase of a new home. Alison was very patient with us during the shopping process as she learned each of our likes and dislikes and showed us homes that filled each of our respective needs and wants. She was very helpful during the negotiation process in establishing our original offer and counter offer. Once a buy/sell price was established she facilitated our home inspection and continued negotiation on needed repairs. Once all negotiations were complete she was very involved in all aspects of the closing and made sure all details were handled in a timely manner. Even after the sale she assisted in gathering additional needed information from the seller once we moved into the house. We would strongly recommend Alison as your real estate agent.
