We used Catherine Krueger to sell our home this past summer and she was outstanding. Catherine has been selling and helping buyers find homes in the East Bay for quite some time now. She is a long time resident of El Cerrito and we knew she would be the best person to sell our El Cerrito home.Catherine spent many hours answering our questions, providing us with objective data about the market, and gave us a lot of info on comps in the area. We were super worried that our 1925 house wouldn't be "pristine" enough for buyers and she listened to all of our concerns. She made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don't do. She scheduled all of the inspections for us and went to all the inspections (even when we were at work), provided us with staging tips, and had professional photographs taken.When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing!! We received 2 offers within the first few days of putting our house up.Our house went under contract 8 days after we put it on the market at well above asking price (I was shocked)!!! We accepted and Catherine walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.I wholeheartedly recommend Catherine Krueger to sell or help you buy a home. She's a true professional and a genuinely nice person. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better realtor.

My husband and I searched for our first home in the Bay Area for 2 years with various real estate professionals before we were referred to Catherine Kreuger at Marvin Gardens. Upon our first meeting I told my husband I wanted to drop our last agent and work with her. After dealing with agents who suddenly became M.I.A after discussing home budget and criteria, I was sold on our first meeting with Catherine. When we first met she was attentive during our discussion and while our meeting ran long and her co-workers left for the day she paid no mind and we never once felt rushed out. This was priceless to me. She made us feel as if we were her only clients when in reality we knew how busy and in demand she was. She was like this throughout the entire process... attentive with our work schedules and house viewings, communicative with updates on houses of interest, and extremely accessible to us with any questions or concerns.On an additional note, I appreciated how aggressive and opinionated she is as a real estate agent. We knew she had our best interest at heart. As first time home buyers, we would have been content with nearly any home after two years of searching in the Bay Area. Catherine managed to get us a property that satisfied much more than our criteria and negotiated a lower price than what we expected to pay. We feel so lucky to have crossed paths with her and highly recommend her!
