We first met her at an open house for a home on which she was a listing realtor and instantly felt that she was warm and caring but at the same time was sharp and had lots of local expertise. As we started working with her, she spent time understanding what we were looking for, our constraints and our wish list. We highly recommend her but here are specific examples of why we trusted her. Shes been an excellent advisor, always keeping in mind our interest and making us aware of any potential issues she saw in homes we were looking at. Further, throughout the buying process, she gave us good information about the process, on the inspections and how to interpret them. I felt that she had our back all along. When our lender advertised lower interest rates on their blog, she caught that so that we could go back to the investor to ask for a roll-down of rates. Andrea is also very honest and clear about areas that are outside her expertise, which I appreciated. Andrea is a savvy negotiator (someone you want on your side as a realtor). She understood our constraints and what we were aiming for and was able to negotiate the terms that were suited to our needs. Shes incredibly knowledgeable about the local areas she specializes in so we always felt that we were in good hands. For our home buying experience, she delivered more than we were expecting. For our new home, she purchased a home warranty on our behalf. To top it all off, she offered to bring pizza and drinks on moving day. What a thoughtful gesture!!
