Andrea helped make our dream house a reality. Seriously! We are so grateful to have found and worked with Andrea to help us buy our home. We first met her at an open house for a home on which she was a listing realtor and instantly felt that she was warm and caring but at the same time was sharp and had lots of local expertise. As we started working with her, she spent time understanding what we were looking for, our constraints and our wish list. We highly recommend her but here are specific examples of why we trusted her. Shes been an excellent advisor, always keeping in mind our interest and making us aware of any potential issues she saw in homes we were looking at. Further, throughout the buying process, she gave us good information about the process, on the inspections and how to interpret them. I felt that she had our back all along. When our lender advertised lower interest rates on their blog, she caught that so that we could go back to the investor to ask for a roll-down of rates. Andrea is also very honest and clear about areas that are outside her expertise, which I appreciated. Andrea is a savvy negotiator (someone you want on your side as a realtor). She understood our constraints and what we were aiming for and was able to negotiate the terms that were suited to our needs. Shes incredibly knowledgeable about the local areas she specializes in so we always felt that we were in good hands. For our home buying experience, she delivered more than we were expecting. For our new home, she purchased a home warranty on our behalf. To top it all off, she offered to bring pizza and drinks on moving day. What a thoughtful gesture!!

When our daughter passed away from cancer, we were faced with having to sell her beautiful home in Alamo. Before her death, our daughter insisted we contact a realtor with experience in the Alamo market so as to get the best price and she handed me a flyer with Andreas information. Upon her death, my other daughter contacted a couple of local agents and did some online research. She then met with Andrea and was very impressed and excited by her professionalism, energy, marketing plan, and knowledge of the local market. Andrea provided all she promisedaEUR|and more! Within a few days she had a photographer at he house and produced an outstanding, high quality brochure and virtual tour. ZillowVERIFIED This was our first home purchase. Andrea represented both the buyer and seller in our case. She had only the seller's interest in mind. Andrea was condescending throughout the process. She questioned everything from our ability to come up with the funds for the down payment without help from parents to the quality of our homeowners insurance. We ended up having to get lawyers involved post-closing on our house due to an inadequate inspection for which we used Andrea's recommendation. If you want an honest and fair agent, I would not recommend Andrea or Alain Pinel in Alamo. Working with Andrea's boss at Alain Pinel was equally disappointing.

Each agent came with a portfolio of the work they have done, referrals, credentials, just tons of informationaEUR|Andreas was extremely professional and the size of my high school yearbook (lol).Needless to say we chose Andrea. One of the reasons why my husband liked her was because she really knew the comps in the area and was able to give us a really good estimate of what our house was worth. I then met with Andrea, she introduced herself, how long she has been in the biz for, and made me feel comfortableaEUR|she gave me the feeling that she valued my home as much as I did. No one likes to move away from their home and she understood that.She has great organizational skills! She gave us dates we should try to have the house ready for: pictures, paint, cleaning, staging for open house. She supported me a lot especially since my husband started the job before I could end mine. She was almost like a personal assistant, which is sooooo important when the people selling their home are super busy. She had great communication with both my husband and me through email or even through text, since we were not always available through phone.She knew people professionally who could come and paint our home, clean the home, and help stage the home. Although, when Andrea gave us the low quote for staging the stager had a different quote in mind. It was a bit more expensive then what we expected since Andrea had given us a lower quoteaEUR|but she was quick to figure out how else to lower the price for us by doing some of the staging herself and using some of the items we wanted to leave behind. She reminded us that she would only recommend things that would be great to do in/for the home in order to get a great return on investment!She never pressured us to do anything we did not to do. She kept up with our home once we moved. Everything from making sure the sprinklers were on, forwarding our mail, watering our front plants that the sprinklers were not able to reach, getting a gardener to come out to cut the grass, and anything else that needed to happen. With all of her advice and time-management skillsaEUR|we sold the house in less than month (just to be safe lets say month and half)!! We got great offers, she even had one from one of her clientsaEUR|but another offer beat it! Her negotiating skills through the process of receiving/counter-offering were great! We sold the house for a great great price!I am still sad about having to move away, but the house is with another owner who loves it! And the process was so smooth, thanks to Andrea!!
