It is not possible to find a better agent in the Amelia Island area. Tonya fires on all cylinders and does so with an easy class that makes the process of selling almost enjoyable. She takes time to get to know you but remains so professional. She is highly communicative, extremely well connected, and doesnt promise what she cannot deliver. Any potential weaknesses in your listing are proactively handled and there were times we felt we certainly must be her only client she was so laser focused on every element of our sale. The Amelia Island market is strongly buyer oriented this summer yet we were able to get very close to asking price and went pending in 3 weeks, sale closed in less than 2 months from list. Summerhouse has a reputation as an industry leader in the area and yes, that reputation is more than deserved. And a top agent like Tonya Baudek should be working with the top agency. The entire experience was top tier. We couldnt be happier and cannot recommend Tonya enough. Just for context, our property was 24 years old, beach oriented but not beach front. Value was around 800k. 2 other very comparable homes were listed before us and we sold weeks before them and for far closer to asking than either of the two ultimately went for.
