ZillowVERIFIED Terry guided us through the process of purchasing our first home. We found her to be very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. There was a lot we didn't understand about the process of purchasing a home and she was more than helpful in explaining to us the ins and outs of home purchasing. We had a lot of questions and she always answered those questions in a way we could understand. Once she knew the type of house we were interested in she found tons of listings for us to view. Also, she knows lots of professionals in the industry that helped us along the way, from home inspectors to mortgage brokers, she's got the connects... During the process of trying to purchase our first pick there was a complication from the sellers end. She walked us through issue and we ended up finding something even better. She negotiated a better deal than we thought we could get and further negotiated repairs we wanted the seller to complete. We are grateful for all she did for us during the process and if we ever sell, make another purchase of refer anyone, we would only pick her.
