Stacy helped me to purchase a home in Milford in May 2017. Its about time I sat down to write my review.I live in California but am originally from Connecticut. I wanted to be near my family again so when I decided to settle in Milford I looked for a realtor with a good reputation. Stacy had great credentials and when I emailed her with a few questions, she responded right away and answered my questions. I chose her because she aEURoeheard meaEUR?aEUR? she read my questions and answered them. I like that in a business person that I'm hiringaEUR? for them to put the focus on me and not their busy life. Stacy always answered my phone calls in a cherry manner (or got back to me in a timely manner). No question was dumb. She explained things concisely and didnt go on a tangent. We worked together remotely. My sister and cousin went to look at the houses I selected from the MLS and Stacy graciously met with them.It didnt take long for me to find a home I liked. Stacy worked quickly and efficiently with all the parties involved aEUR"the other realtor, the homeowner, my house inspector, my mortgage broker, my family, my attorney. She was there when my sister, my POA, signed the papers in the attorneys office. Stacy even texted me a picture of my sister holding up the official document that the house was mine. I highly recommend Stacy Blake for your real estate needs.
