Our review of Sold Buy the Sea Dawn Berard is well overdue. We listed our home in December 2018 and sold our home within a few short months. The entire process could not have gone smoother! All showing requests are automated and Dawn held a broker luncheon that allowed us valuable feedback. We purchased our current waterfront home at the same time with Dawn as the double agent for seller and buyer. She was able to find us the most incredible property at an amazing price. Most recently we decided to have Dawn sell a lot for us after it had been listed Fsbo for over a year. We had an offer the same day and were able to sell over asking price a day later. We were really pleased with the attention to detail Sold Buy the Sea had with all of our closings. All were flawless and each deal went extremely smoothly. Dawn and her staff really went the extra mile hosting frequent open houses and providing nice marketing materials and professional images. All of the details were covered right down to installing and removing the yard sign promptly. Dawn and her team are first class they know what they are doing and we would highly recommend them.
