Hi, I'm Dylan. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, I eventually found my way to Wilmington-and it didn't take long for coastal North Carolina to feel like home. Today, I'm proud to serve the community that has given me so much.

In addition to being a licensed North Carolina REALTORA(R), I serve as the Office Manager for Sold Buy the Sea Realty, where I work behind the scenes to support our agents, oversee brokerage operations, and help ensure transactions move smoothly from listing to closing. Working on both the operational and client-facing sides of real estate has given me a unique perspective on the entire transaction, along with a deep appreciation for the details that can make all the difference.

As an FAA Part 107 Certified Remote Pilot, I'm licensed to capture professional aerial photography and videography commercially for real estate marketing. This allows me to provide high-quality drone photography and cinematic video at no additional cost to my clients, helping every listing stand out from the competition. I'm always exploring new technology-including AI-powered marketing tools-to create engaging content that helps properties reach more buyers and leave a lasting impression.
