Graham is an absolutely amazing realtor. We have bought and sold 3 homes in the past five years for various reasons and I have plenty of experience to compare his performance against. My wife and I used him to not only purchase our home in Leland but to sell it, as well, when we decided to move back to our home county. The housing market is flooded with realtors and sifting through them all to find someone who is professional, personable, competent, and efficient is a tall order. Graham possesses all of these qualities in spades. He fights hard for his clients, knows the market incredibly well, and gets things done. He anticipates any potential issues and has a game plan for everything. He outlines every aspect of the buying/selling process and his expertise makes an otherwise stressful situation feel as calm as it possibly can. Our closing almost fell through (no fault on our side) and he worked tirelessly with the buyers and their realtor to ensure that our home sold. I have known Graham for the better part of a decade now. I moved away to Raleigh for 5 years and decided earlier this year to move back with my fiancA(C). I would absolutely recommend Graham to ANYONE looking for a home in greater Wilmington area. There are many positives about Graham but the most important one for me was his awesome work ethic! When he says hes going to do something, you never have to worry about follow-through. When I first met Graham King, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market.
