Simply Vegas

I met Caroline at an open house and I have now purchased two homes with Caroline over the past couple years. She has excellent knowledge of Las Vegas and was an outstanding negotiator!! I really appreciate her expertise but also how she doesnt push an agenda or her opinion of what to buy- just the facts and helped coach me along the way. Will use again and will continue to refer her! Thank you Caroline.

Truly outstanding in every aspect. A great team, always quick to respond and made the whole process a pleasure and more importantly got the sale done! Highly recommended.

Gavin Ernstone and the Simply Vegas team were outstanding. Gavin and Alexandra guided the process flawlessly, and Megan kept every detail moving from inspections through closing. Smooth, organized, and professional from start to finishaEUR"made the entire purchase in Henderson effortless.

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor! From the very beginning, Michael Coxen was incredibly patient and supportive throughout our entire home-buying journey. We worked together for quite some time, and he never made us feel rushed or pressured. Instead, he took the time to answer every question, explain every step, and make sure we felt confident throughout the process. Michaels dedication to getting us the best possible deal was truly exceptional. He went to bat for us every step of the way, negotiating on our behalf and always putting our best interests first. Michael also worked seamlessly with the lender, ensuring everyone stayed on the same page and that everything moved forward smoothly. His communication, professionalism, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and worry-free. Thanks to Michael's hard work and expertise, our home purchase was smooth, seamless, and completely stress-free. We are beyond grateful for everything he did for us and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If you're looking for a realtor who genuinely cares and will go above and beyond for their clients, look no further, Michael Coxen is your guy!

Caroline was endlessly helpful and patient, walking me through the process as a first time homebuyer and keeping me informed and empowered every step of the way.
