ZillowVERIFIED I'm not one to write online reviews, but will make an exception in this case. Gavin and his team did a phenomenal job selling our home. My wife and I were nervous about the state of the market in early 2023 given the data we had seen over the last 6 months (homes in our neighborhood hadnt moved for many months). When first meeting Gavin, we were in the mindset of pricing to sell, but his intuition was that the market was going to pick up quickly. We did increase the price, but should have really listened to him as we could have sold for more (but thats on us). He has clearly cultivated a strong network of potential buyers/sellers which really paid off for us. Finally, the entire process was super smooth and efficient yet buttoned-up from end-to-end. We were particularly impressed with how hands-on he was willing to be despite his reputation and success. Excellent execution at all phases of the game.

One thing that characterizes the uniqueness that Gavin and his full team bring to the table is specialization and customization. He doesn't give you the "vanilla approach". Rather, Gavin figures out precisely what is needed, however unconventional, unique, and "never-been-done before" and simply put - Gavin and his team DELIVER!!! I had a home in The Ridges that needed extensive updating to make it ready for the market, and I was called out of Las Vegas for a new professional opportunity. Gavin and his team took over. They made a strategic assessment to allow us to maximize the return on investment (i.e., we didn't "throw the kitchen sink at the problem" but rather used a scalpel to identify the precise investments that would make a difference), they identified the best contractors, arranged bids, and managed the work with precision. Second, Gavin knows the market and was able to identify the sweet spot for our listing strategy. Finally, when it came time to negotiate and close the deal, Gavin had no equal.
