I answer my phone at all hours and return calls within 90 minutes even on Sundays.

2. Professional photography that matters. Pictures matter. As most homes are found online in today's market; If the buyers don't like the pictures they move on to other listings. From a full team of staging experts, interior designers, graphic designers, and million dollar class editors your home will be filmed the same way that a multi million dollar home would be. The point of this is to catch the attention of and WOW potential buyers.

3. World Class Marketing. Many of today's real estate websites feature listings of the agents that spend the most money with the said website. The fact is that only top agents can afford to have the memberships exclusive to each site that force their listings to be featured above the rest on today's popular real estate websites. I spend thousands of dollars every month to have my clients listings featured on the very top of the listings that today's buyers are viewing. On top of National and International marketing online your home will also have it's own set of postcards mailed out to the entire neighborhood where your home is located. 4. Relationships Matter in Las Vegas Real Estate. Most clients don't realize that the relationship their Realtor has with the other successful Realtors in town Matters. In Las Vegas there is 11,000+ active Real Estate Agents and Brokers. Out of those 11,000 250 of them sell 90% of all the homes. Lucky for you I happen to be in that top 250. So what does this mean for you? Since us Realtors in the top 250 sell 90% of the houses we typically tend to have many transactions with the same agents over and over and get to know and understand the reputations of the other agents.
