Dana is AWESOME! Contacted Dana to list my mothers home in Bay Shore NY. Dana was quick and responsive to my inquiries and I knew right away I wanted to use Dana as my agent. Dana quickly set up appointment to review the home and take photos for listing. Within 2 days the home was pre-listed. With the pre-listing and timing of the actual listing, Dana generated the open house weekend buzz. We open house on Friday for realtors and appointments Sat and Sun was open. By end of day Sunday we had 22 offers including a few $100k over list. After we accepted the offer from the most qualified buyer Dana kept working.
