ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot say enough amazing things about my real estate agent Stacy! She came highly recommended by my sister, and from the very beginning she exceeded every expectation I had. Selling a home can be stressful, but she made the entire process smooth, organized, and far easier than I ever imagined. What truly meant the most to me was how incredibly supportive and accommodating she was during a very difficult time for me while I was dealing with illness, she stepped in and went completely above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She handled details, kept me informed, and always made sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout the process. Not only is Stacy an outstanding professional who knows exactly how to get results, but she is also a genuinely kind and caring person. The fact that she is also a friend made the experience even more special. If you are looking for someone who is dedicated, compassionate, and truly committed to getting the best outcome for you, I highly recommend Stacy. She worked tirelessly to sell my home and made what could have been a very overwhelming experience feel manageable and successful. I am beyond grateful!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Stacy to sell our house was a great experience. We were nervous and did not know what to expect but Stacy put our minds at ease and made the whole process very easy. From the very first text to her, we knew she was the right person to sell our house. Stacy was very responsive and answered every text and phone call immediately. Stacy was with us every step of the way. Her vast knowledge of the area and real estate made us confident we would sell our house quickly. In our humble opinion, Stacy is the best in the business. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her.

ZillowVERIFIED We are beyond happy with Stacey McFadden's service. She fulfilled our expectations to the nth degree. We were initially referred to Stacey by a friend after having my mother's house on the market for seven month's with no activity whatsoever. He said, "List it with Stacey and she will sell it in a week". It didn't take that long. We had serious offers within days and the house was sold.We had similar experience in selling our Aunt's home. The price was bid up the first weekend and sold.Stacey kept us in the loop throughout the process and everything went as she said it would. I have no reservations about recommending Stacey McFadden to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I used Stacy as our agent to help us find our forever home. She was amazing to work with! We informed her of our budget, must-haves, and our wishlist and she diligently worked each day to send us new listings and plan schedules for walkthroughs. Despite looking for a house during the pandemic with new rules and regulations, Stacy was determined to help us; she was quick to respond to questions and concerns, respected our preferences, and was extremely informative with towns and neighborhoods. Stacy was consistently organized, professional, and motivated. We would definitely highly recommend Stacy to anyone looking to purchase a home. She made our process seamless and enjoyable! We cannot thank Stacy enough for all the hard work she has done to assist us in finding our new home!

ZillowVERIFIED When we hired Stacy, we had no doubt she would be the perfect choice for us. She already had a reputation for being amazing at her job. We had no idea of the challenging times that were ahead. Through it all, Stacy was there to answer every question, reassure us, and advocate for us. When it came time to get a lawyer, mortgage broker and even a home inspector, I never had to give it a thought. She made arrangements before I even asked. If we bought and sold a home a million times, we'd choose Stacy every time!

ZillowVERIFIED Stacy made selling/buying a home so stress free and easy! From the minute she came to our house to do the appraisal, we knew that we had found the perfect person to help us achieve our goal of finding our "forever home." She was knowledgeable about our area, our type of home and the current market and helped us pick the perfect price for our home. Within one week of listing our home, Stacy put together an open house and was able to present us with several strong offers (all while we were on vacation!) From there, she set up viewings of new houses every weekend (on our schedule,) and helped us find the perfect new house for us, which has ALL of our "must haves." None of this would have been possible without Stacy's knowledge and experience, and we're so lucky to have had her on our side through this process! Can't recommend Stacy enough if you're looking to buy and sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure to work with Stacy in the sale of my childhood home after the passing of my father. I did research on the agents in the area and interviewed three. It was clear that she was the most professional and extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhood and the model on the home I was selling. She gave practical suggestions on preparing the property to sell, including what items that should be addressed and which items I didn't need to be concerned about. She also had very detailed and well organized market data and reports that were easy to understand and outlined and supported her recommendations on the listing price. It gave me comfort that we were listing at the right price. She was excellent in her communication with me throughout the entire process and quickly all my questions. I would highly recommend Stacy if you are looking to sell your home or buy a home. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Stacey McFadden took the time to listen to both me and my husbands wants regarding our search for our first home. She was effective and guided us throughout the entire process. Being first time home owners we didnt have much experience. Stacey made sure she wasnt just showing us houses but rather took the time to teach us all the things to look for. She was attentive, enthusiastic, and encouraging. Stacey went as far as connecting us with a lawyer and mortgage company. She has a solid team that will not only find you the perfect house but ensure that you get it.

ZillowVERIFIED Stacy is an amazing realtor! She is so great to work with and has so much knowledge in real estate. She helped us find our first house 4 years ago and we did not hesitate to contact her to sell our house and find something a bit larger for our growing family. She listed our house, it sold in like 11 days and then she found us our dream house to purchase within the next week! It all went so fast, she knew exactly what we were looking for. She is always available for any questions throughout the entire process, which made it less stressful with the sale and purchase all at once. Not only does she help you buy or sell a house, she also keeps in touch after the fact, just to see how everything is going. I would recommend Stacy to anyone who wants a realtor they can trust to sell their house or find their dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED Stacy McFadden was our real estate agent that arranged the sale of our West Islip home in May of 2019. She was not the first realtor we interviewed, but it was clear she would be the last. From the initial interview onward, she was honest, forthright, and clear in her explanations, and reasoning behind her appraisal of our home. She displayed an air of confidence that was reassuring. During the entire process she was always reachable by phone, text or email, within minutes. When there were problems, and there will always be problems along the way, she always took a calm and level headed approach to solve the issue. Most importantly, she listened and was attentive to our needs and suggestions. Stacy is very personable and extremely easy to get along with. We wholeheartedly recommend her to all prospective buyers and sellers. She has a great deal of knowledge and expertise in properties of the South shore of Long Island. A final note, Stacy sold our home for our asking price, within one hour of signing our agreement with her. She led us through the entire process in a calm, professional, and relatively painless fashion.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Stacy a few years ago as the Sellers Broker on a house I purchased. Stacy's calm demeanor and get it done attitude won me over. She does a lot of work behind the scenes to make your transaction go smoothly. Unfortunately for her she is so good at her job Most of her clients don't ever see that. That is a tribute to her experience and professionalism. I was a little skeptical using Stacy as my buyers agent only because I know she didn't specialize in the neighborhoods I was looking to buy in. But, I gave her a shot bc I know how dedicated she is to her clients and am very glad that I did. She worked tirelessly to help me doing a ton of research answered all of my questions always in a timely manner. If I had to do it all over again, I would have used Stacy the only difference. I NEVER should have had any doubt. Thanks again for all your help on both my sale and purchase during a very rough time in my life.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Stacy McFadden for my first home purchase and highly recommend her to anyone searching for a good, relatable, knowledable realtor. She used her experience and knowledge to guide me through the process and ensure that I fully understood what was happening by answering every question I had. Stacy showed me all different types of properties within my budget and explained to me how they could work for me, and, from there narrowed down our searches. Even upon entering homes, Stacy knew if a property WOULDNT work for me and would explain why certain properties might not be best for me. Stacy went above and beyond by taking the initiative to make sure I had taken advantage of all new-homeowner benefits. She really appreciates the fact that purchasing a home is a big deal for people and really delivers and proves her knowledge and reliability through the process. I will not be working with anyone else.

ZillowVERIFIED Stacy McFadden has been our realtor twice in the past 9 years. We initially met Stacy when we were looking to buy our first home. We were immediately impressed by how quickly she responded after we contacted her, as well as her keen knowledge of the homes for sale in the areas we were looking. Stacy is a hard-working, dedicated and reliable realtor who listens to her clients and finds the right home for them. Stacy found us a great starter home in a neighborhood she knew well, and we created many great memories there as a family. When we were ready to move on to something bigger, we knew there was no one else we would trust to help us navigate our way through the sale of our home. Stacy knew the comps in the area and what other houses recently sold for. Stacy accurately priced our home, and as a result of her marketing and expertise, we immediately had several offers on our home. As first-time home buyers, we had a ton of questions for Stacy. She was very patient with us and answered all of our questions and shared her knowledge with us. When it was time to sell our home, we had even more questions, and she educated us on the current real estate market. On both occasions, Stacy helped us through big life changes and made the purchase and sale of our home less stressful. I could not imagine working with any other realtor, and my husband and I highly recommend Stacy to all of our family and friends.

After about a week with this person I wont name I decided to ask around for recommendations for a realtor with actual knowledge and this is how I got Stacys contact info. Stacy was a breath of fresh air compared to what I was dealing with before her. Her knowledge about the market, the neighborhood I chose and everything in between was impeccable. ZillowVERIFIED To begin with this was a very short and the most happiest journey but the crux is to choose a real estate agent who sells your home with a minimum supervision for feedbacks etc and within a short frame of time. I conducted a lot of research and interviewed about 8 realtors to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Finally I have selected Stacy who works for Signature Premier Properties Team stood out as the best cause of their rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. And the most impressive work is the pictures. Excellent photography of your house 360( includes virtual tour as well)I spent about an hour with Stacy on the first day where she added the value in, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. Our house went under contract in couple weeks after we put it on the market at 1.4% under asking price. We accepted and stacy walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.I've recommended the Signature Premier Properties Team to everyone I know. Stacy is a professional and genuine. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor. Thanks again Stacy for this wonderful journey!RegardsArun Tata
