Lisa is competent, knowledgeable and even "on time" and present to all of the appointments from showings, to engineer inspection, appraisal and the closing! Went out her way to make sure my house sold within the six month deadline I gave her. it only took 12 weeks. Thank you Lisa for all your hard work.

ZillowVERIFIED What started with not being serious looking for houses turned into serious home searching in an extremely competitive market where bids were getting bid over asking normally. When we saw a house that just popped up onto the house searching apps we immediately sent to Lisa and most if not all of the times we were in looking at the house within a couple hours. She is great to work with and shes was with us all the way answering the numerous questions we had sometimes multiple times a day! Great Experience

ZillowVERIFIED When my wife and I decided to sell our home, Lisa was our first choice to contact. Lisa is very knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. Lisa showed us every step of the way through this process. Lisa was there for us since the first day the house went on the market, to the last day of closing. Know one will give you that personal commitment. Thank you Lisa for everything you have done for my family and I. Your the best!!

ZillowVERIFIED We could not be happier using Lisa to help us with our first home purchase. She learned who we were and what would be the best homes for us. She was patient, assertive, honest. Her end goal wasn't simply to make a sale but to find us the perfect home.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa Miglino went above and beyond in every way to get my house sold (which she did only two days after listing it) and to facilitate the entire process from arranging top notch photography and marketing to advising on how to handle multiple offers and detailed negotiations. She got us above our listing price while making the whole process as smooth as possible. If you need to sell your home, do yourself a favor and hire Lisa Miglino as your agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa is our hero! She proved herself to be truly invaluable as she helped us to navigate through the ups an downs of selling our family's home. She knew exactly what to do, when to do it...and pushed us when we needed it. You'll get more $$ for your house than you ever thought possible! That's what happened with us. We are forever grateful!

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Lisa to anyone looking to buy a home. My wife and I were not easy buyers - but Lisa was patient for an entire year of searching. She was confident she could help us find a home and she never pressured us to settle. Once we found our home, she fought for us for each small and big detail in the home buying process. I was never worried if we would get the things we needed because Lisa handled it all smoothly. I will definitely be using Lisa again whenever we are ready to buy a larger home.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my second home purchase. The process of buying a home and working with a realtor is not new to me. Lisa goes above and beyond! She is well organized, punctual and always accessible. She responds quickly to texts. My last agent disappeared after my offer was accepted. Lisa will fight for you! The house I bought was damaged by a storm prior to appraisal. The sellers wanted to avoid having to make the repairs by by offering incentives. I wanted the house I fell in love with! No one wants to have to fix a house right after moving in. Lisa made it clear to the sellers the repairs were necessary and she walked the sellers through the process to make sure that I saved money and avoided headaches. In the end, I got the home I wanted and made an unexpected friend. Lisa had my back through the entire process! There are a lot of people begging to sell you a home these days. They will tell you whatever they need to to close the deal. Lisa doesn't sell homes with empty words and false promises. She follows through. Lisa puts people first and listens to what you want. Then, she makes it happen! I cannot recommend her enough!

Personable, friendly, and easily accessible, but above all, extremely knowledgeable about every phase of the process of selling a home. She took a challenging situation and made it simple and easy to understand and follow. Handling decisions about asking price, scheduling and running an open house, and negotiating with a multitude of buyers were all handled with ease. She was able to complete the process of selling my house in a matter of weeks, for a price well above what it was listed for. I would highly recommend her for all your real estate needs. ZillowVERIFIED A friend of mine referred me to Lisa when I was looking to purchase a 2 family house with my son & daughter-in-law. Lisa searched daily for a home to suit all of 3 of us which was no easy task! She was able to work with our crazy work schedules to set up appointments to view the houses. When we found the house of our dreams, she negotiated a great price for us. We ran into a roadblock when we found out the homeowner did not have a CO. It took 6 months to close and Lisa was with us every step of the way. Buying a house can be exciting but also stressful. I am so grateful to have connected with Lisa!!

ZillowVERIFIED Extremely. Lisa was by far the best agent I ever had. I have sold and bought many properties in my life. Lisa goes beyond the call of duty. Not only was she very responsive every time I contacted her, but with my crazy life she took care of everything. She met various people I would have had to, did staging, pictures, etc without needing me. She communicated everything by text, phone, or email always. Anytime I sell or by a property again, I will definitely use Lisa. Her knowledge and know how is exceptional.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa went well above and beyond while working with my elderly parents. She is professional, knowledgable, trustworthy, and above all patient! She walked them ( and us ) through every single step with competence and much more hand holding than we could have hoped for. She made herself available, and really did an outstanding job in every way with both selling their home, and finding them the perfect condominium that met every one of their needs, and still was within their budget. I couldn't recommend her more highly. As a bonus, she has a guy to recommend for any trade that might be necessary.

Lisa was always working whether she was sending me houses on the collab app or texting me and saying hey this house just came out on the market lets go look. I will say her tireless effort got us ahead of the curve. Even after we got an accepted offer Lisa wasnt done. She was there to answer questions about the process that someone whos never bought a house wouldnt know. All in all Ill say Lisa really cared. If I were to buy another house I would be using Lisa!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough about Lisa! She is simply amazing!!! From the first meeting to the closing, Lisa walked me through the process with the knowledge and class of a true professional. Her knowledge of the market trends was beneficial in the sale of my home as I really wasn't sure of how it all worked. She knew exactly what I needed to do to prepare my house for the market and bring potential buyers to the door. Within days she had the first open house and immediately there were many offers on the house at a price much more than I could have imagined. Lisa was there for every appointment needed such as inspections, pictures, viewings, paper processing so i didn't have to take off from work. She took the stress out of selling a home! My house was listed on 11/8/17 - went to contract 12/5/17 and closed on 1/19/18. BAMMMM!!! I've heard nightmares of home sales; well it's obvious that Lisa's expertise sets her high above the others. Results speak for themselves and I highly recommend Lisa.
