We cant say enough positive things about Luci!!! We were looking to move from Southern to Northern CA. We traveled up north without knowing any local realtors and came across a home we we wanted to see that happened to be listed with Lucis office. With very little advance notice from us, Luci met us at that house and then proceeded to show us several more properties that day. Upon making a second trip to the area, once again, Luci made time for us without advance notice. She took the time to really understand the style and kind of property we were looking for. We actually made more than one offer on properties, and we couldnt believe how quickly and accurately Luci put together all of the paperwork. Her responsiveness to phone calls, texts, questions, etc. was amazing. We never had to wait to hear back from her, which is essential in todays competitive market. Its obvious that Luci really loves (and is great at) what she does and truly cares about making her clients happy. She is completely honest, believes in fairness, and is more than happy to work hard to satisfy her clients needs. And because Luci is so personable, she is great at negotiating, as well! Once, again, we cannot say enough good things about her.

We contacted Luci Hawes as she was the listing agent for a house we liked. We had to move from a rental ASAP and didnt have a real estate agent. I called Luci and left a message which she returned in under 5 minutes. I was very stressed as I didnt know if we would be able to buy a house in the short time we had. The idea of renting again and uprooting my very sensitive children had me feeling on the edge of a breakdown. We made an appointment to see the house the next day. Luci was able to represent both my family and the sellers. I always felt that she had my best interest in mind. She was always transparent and totally available. This was our first house so I had a ton of questions and Luci had answers. The whole transaction went down exactly as she told me it would. She has such a positive, honest, hard-working spirit that had I not been such a worry wart, I might have enjoyed the process. Luci was like a little Angel sent from heaven with the keys of our dream in her hands, which she was able to deliver in 34 days. I cannot imagine another agent being half as good. She was a joy to work with and I feel lucky to have found her. I 100% whole-heartedly recommend Luci Hawes.
