We worked with Michelle recently for buying a house. Michelle was amazing with dealing with all the inspections that were needed for the closing. We went through some of the horrors of discovering the things that were wrong about the house, but Michelle made it seem like it was a piece of cake and I was put at ease knowing that she was advocating for me every step of the way. She negotiated with the Seller all the additional work to be done. While we had some setbacks, I didn't ever think that it would fall-out because I knew Michelle wouldn't let that happen.While I'm sure she has a large clientele base, every time I talked to her, it seemed like I was the only one she was working with. It was nice to have that attitude and attentiveness.I would recommend Michelle to anyone and everyone for any real estate needs.
