Serene Powers Real Estate

I had an outstanding experience working with Dave. Thanks to his professionalism, market expertise, and responsiveness, my Manhattan apartment was rented quickly and with minimal stress. From start to finish, he handled every detail efficiently, communicated clearly throughout the process, and secured qualified tenants in a remarkably short time. His dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best outcome exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable real estate professional in Manhattan. Excellent service and exceptional results!

Jessica made the financial side of buying my home feel manageable instead of overwhelming, which is no small feat. Mortgages and paperwork can be intimidating, but she broke everything down clearly and made sure I understood exactly what I was signing and why. Her expertise was obvious from the start. She structured my financing thoughtfully and found ways to strengthen my position that I never would have thought of on my own. That knowledge played a real role in helping me close a great deal, and I know my offer was stronger because of the groundwork she laid. What I appreciated just as much was how kind and professional she was throughout. She was responsive at odd hours, patient with my questions, and never made me feel rushed or like a number in a pipeline. I felt genuinely heard and prioritized, and that kind of care makes an enormous difference during such a high stakes process. I am so thankful Jessica was part of my team. Her competence and compassion, together, made all the difference, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone navigating a home purchase.

Serene and Dave were both so knowledgable, professional and friendly. They were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. They worked tirelessly to help us with our condo. If you are looking for a real estate agent I would highly recommend Serene Powers Real Estate.

Grace was super friendly, responsive and helpful! It was a pleasure working with her in our process! She went above and beyond, and ensured we had a smooth transition into the neighborhood! Even after we moved into our apartment, she would stay in communication to make sure we got settled in properly. I hope to work with her again in the future when looking for my next place.
