Dave grew up in Hong Kong and holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Law. He has lived and worked in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, and New York, and is now based in New York.

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Dave began selling U.S. properties in Shanghai in 2011, at a time when the American housing market was at its lowest. He was among the early pioneers in China to specialize in U.S. real estate transactions. Having lived across multiple regions, Dave has a deep understanding of the cultural differences and client needs between Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the United States.

Dave is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and the Fuzhou dialect. He is also proficient in both simplified and traditional Chinese writing, allowing him to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of clients.
