Sarabeth was very easy to work with, and very knowledgeable about not only the home buying process, but also the houses in the area. Whenever I reached out inquiring about a property, if she wasn't available she would respond within 20 mins. She always had background information on the properties I had, and willing to work around my schedule to view places. She was always ready and willing to answer any questions I had. When an issue arose with the house after putting in an offer she worked with the selling agent to reach a new agreement.

We had a great experience with Sarabeth and Tracy. They helped us every step of the way and were great at explaining everything every step of the way. Sarabeth went out of her way to make selling our home as easy as possible on us and even got us more than we listed it for. I highly recommend her.

SaraBeth was amazing to work with. She listened to our concerns, helped us with our needs and got us through the whole first time process making it as easy and transparent as possible. Communicated everything and would always respond in a timely manner....I highly recommend her weather its your first time buying or selling
