ZillowVERIFIED Throughout our home search and the purchase process, Machelle was extraordinarily friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to our questions and requests. On several occasions, she went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we were able to view homes on short notice. She has the confidence and diplomatic skillfulness to tease out useful information from the sellers and to maximize the buyer's position in negotations. Machelle showed true interest and care for us throughout the process, and we have no doubt that she is one of the very best in her profession. It was a real privilege having her as our agent. We couldn't be happier with the service she provided.

ZillowVERIFIED Very impressed with Machelle! I'm an investor who buys homes regularly and it is incredibly valuable having a knowledgable and helpful agent for a transaction. Machelle helped me find a project by knowing what I was looking for. She was incredibly committed and helpful throughout the transaction and helped us close the deal even after it looked like it might slip away. I'm very pleased and look forward to working with her regularly in the future, she's a great asset!

ZillowVERIFIED Machelle is the hardest working real estate agent I have ever worked with, she went above and beyond when helping get my house ready to sell, and did the same when purchasing my new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Machelle is the most amazing Realtor a person can ask for. She's very knowledgeable about real state and always made sure we understood what was going on. She helped us buy and sell our home. It was a very stressful time for me. My husband was on a six month deployment and we found out we needed to relocate our family to CA while he was on deployment. Machelle made selling our home a stress- free process. She made my life easy! I only had to worry about my two girls, dogs, and work. My Husky kept digging in the yard and eating the baseboard trim. Machelle, went out of her way to make sure the house for ready. She went above and beyond my expectation. I can't say but good thing about her. MACHELLE IS AMAZING!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Machelle is great! I would recommend her to anyone. She was very knowledgeable (about everything house and real estate related!) and was helpful throughout the process of selling our house. She was readily available and happily answered all questions. I felt really confident with her by our side. I was a little emotional about selling and she has a big heart and was really great about it. Honestly, I cant say enough good things.

ZillowVERIFIED If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We used Michelle 3 times. One time buying a house and two times selling. She was so respectful and patient through the entire process. At one point to ensure we sold and closed on time she offered to drop her commission but indeclined - to me that spoke volumes that she isnt in it for the money but to make sure her clients get what the want to the best of her ability. She works hard for her clients. By the end of everything I didnt feel like a client I felt like a new friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Sold two homes and purchased one with Machelle. She is the most knowledgeable and experienced realtor I have worked with. Very accommodating and understanding of schedules. I just wish I could have moved her to Texas to handle our next home purchase! The only reason I have rated her at 5 stars is because a ten star rating is not an option!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Machelle was always available and willing to show us prospective properties. She listened to our needs and worked with us through several revisions of why and how we wanted to purchase an investment property. Eventually we found the right place and was able to sort out all the details with her expertise. We especially appreciated her recommendation of a lender.

ZillowVERIFIED Machelle is truly an amazing woman. She was so helpful and understanding right from the beginning which wasn't easy as my husband and I have different ideas of what we want in a home. Machelle was always available to us by phone, text or in person. She helped to make our home purchase much smoother than the two other homes that we have purchased. I highly recommend Machelle to help you find the perfect home!

ZillowVERIFIED Machelle Osborne is an amazing professional!I found a piece of recreational property that we wanted to purchase - I tried 3-4 times to contact the listing agent as we thought we didn't need a realtor because it was just property, no buildings etc. The listing agent never did get back to us but in the meantime Machelle reached out to us to see if we needed any help, I was so frustrated with the listing agent that I didn't receive her offer well and we were going to give up. But after a few days and realizing how much we wanted this property I contacted Machelle - she didn't hesitate to jump in, regardless of my frustration in the beginning, she guided us through the whole process, from dealing with the listing agent - who I would never recommend - to navigating a purchase in the US (we're Canadians) using Escrow services etc. Machelle's responsiveness was immediate, she answered texts, emails, and her phone whenever we called. This was not expensive property and her take was minimal at best - but she responded to our needs like we were her only clients. I HIGHLY recommend Machelle - you won't be disappointed! - Michael and Deb

ZillowVERIFIED Machelle goes far beyond the "normal" reale state agent. She helped in every step of sales and purchase of a new home. Our New house is a new construction and with her construction background and experience, her help was invaluable. In our opinion there is only one agent for the Skagit, and Snohomish counties.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and i are absolutely blown away by how good Machelle is at her job! From day one of our search all the way through the buying process, she was on top of everything. She would respond to any call, text, or email immediately and produce results for your question or request just as fast! She knew everything about everything and if she didn't know she would find out and get back with you in just minutes. She was so friendly and personable and i feel like i have known her for years. She made this very stressful process seem easy and i can't thank her enough! I wish i could write reviews for her other places than just Zillow because she is the best realtor out there!

ZillowVERIFIED We had a very unique situation when it came to looking at homes for our family. Machelle was not only extremely patient with us, she was very kind-hearted and never gave up hope. She offered rides, and was always on time if not early. She was honest and to the point when needed. If we had to do it all over again I would choose Machelle in a heart beat!

ZillowVERIFIED Machelle was extremely knowledgable and patient during our purchasing process. She paid close attention to our preferences and found us several homes that would be a great fit for our needs. Once we made our final decision, machelle stuck right by us throughout the offer/closing process and and even helped us clean and move items! Especially being first time homebuyers, and going thru, at times, very frustrating circumstances due to uncontrollable forces, Machelle was definitely much more than we would have ever hoped for and made the entire process as pleasant & smooth as possible.

ZillowVERIFIED Machelle was always available (even on short notice) to take me around to look at homes that I was interested in. She helped me to buy a shortsale which also had an IRS tax lien on it and some other uncommon issues. It was a headache to get the house, but she made it happen despite all of the roadblocks. She has become a good friend since being my realtor. And I always appreciated her patience when I had to bring my 2 small kids along to look at houses. It wasn't always easy and she helped by keeping an eye on my kids and even letting them play games on her phone so that I could look around at everything.
