ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a great experience with Sarabeth and Tracy. They helped us every step of the way and were great at explaining everything every step of the way. Sarabeth went out of her way to make selling our home as easy as possible on us and even got us more than we listed it for. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Out of the 6 realtors I've had between buying and selling my last few houses, SaraBeth has been by far the best realtor I have ever had. She got the job done quickly and was very dependable on anything and everything. She continued to check in with me at least every couple of days even if there was no change. She always went the extra mile when it came to helping get inspections settled by calling and setting up appointments, and even getting quotes from multiple companies. Was always available for phone calls and meeting up. I wouldn't ever want a different realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED SaraBeth was an amazing realtor! She was extremely patient with our year and a half long journey of finding the perfect home. She was extremely responsive when I had questions or concerns. She provided professional and knowledgeable feedback/suggestions and still put our needs and requests above her own thoughts and opinions, which we are very grateful for!! Ultimately she was just an amazing woman to work with and had a great attitude throughout the whole experience of purchasing our first home!

ZillowVERIFIED I asked a question regarding a home through Zillow. When they called in response to connect me with an agent the timing was bad so I hung up - 2 or 3 times. LOL. They called me again, this time I had time, and it was SaraBeth. First out the gate I explained an unusual circumstance to her and she could have walked away but instead she went ahead a worked with me. She has been FANTASTIC! She took us to see what we wanted and we coordinated time relatively easily. (Crazy calendar was my issue.) She never hesitated to take us to what we wanted to see (I had other realtors guffaw) and was quick to get us any information we needed. We found exactly what we wanted, even though we had that unusual twist apply at the 11th hour - God lover her, she didn't skip a beat - and we purchased a beautiful new home! SaraBeth was very helpful speaking to the contractor and agent regarding what we wanted and needed. The purchase and closing (which we were able to do early) went smooth as glass. SaraBeth, you were a God send. Thank you so much for everything, especially your understanding of our unusual circumstance.

ZillowVERIFIED I am so impressed with SaraBeth Owens! I had lived in a big, old farmhouse for 34 years when I decided to sell it. It was a big job to clear it out for sale. SaraBeth listened as I worked out my strategy for tackling the project. She was always encouraging and ready with praise for my progress. She reassured me that people would love the house and we could sell it "as is." She was right. I'm so glad I listened to her every step of the way from setting the price to limiting the number of days to leave it on the market. I ended up with nine offers and accepted an all cash offer $90,000 over asking. SaraBeth was skillful in managing my expectations so that I didn't set my hopes too high and then was adept at negotiating a counter offer that got me more than I dreamed possible. SaraBeth has earned my trust and I look forward to finding my new dream home and relying on SaraBeth's skills to secure it. She's the best!

ZillowVERIFIED SaraBeth was incredible. She went above and beyond to answer our questions, address our concerns, and make sure everything happened the way it was supposed to. Our sale could have been very difficult, considering if took place in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic and nearly 900 miles away from where we currently live. However, Sarabeth was on top of every detail and helped us think through all the options that came our way. She checked in with and updated us often. We trust her experience, eye for detail, work ethic, and her networking relationships. If we ever needed to sell or buy a home in the Skagit Valley area again, we would definitely call SaraBeth.
