I got Kims name thru another realtor as that person did not sell in the Ocala area. I knew nothing about her, but from the day we talked and then met a few days later, i knew this was my Diamond Kim is so knowledgeable and what she doesnt know shell tell you she doesnt know but will find out. She took me around to several areas looking for homes but nothing struck my eye I must say she listens to what you say, as every home she took me to had the features i said i would not live without. Then one day she called me and said she found a house i would more than likely like. I couldnt go so she went on my behalf, took video and sent it to me. It was pouring rain but she went anyway. I bought this house and not only got a great deal in a fabulous neighborhood, she worked out every single detail in the contract to make sure the house was in living condition and took the inspection report and sent it to the sellers realtor and made sure things that should have been done were done. This woman goes that extra mile and then some. When i tell you shes there to the end she is there working right to the end to make sure you get what you paid for. I cant say enough good things about her. You will not be sorry if you have her for a realtor. Her response time is amazing. You will definitely lose if you dont use her.
