I started looking for homes earlier this year and didnt have a realtor. To be honest, I was overwhelmed even thinking about reaching out to start working with one. There are so many agents and I had countless questions running through my headaEUR?what if I pick the wrong one, what if they are too busy to help me, what if they start strong, but I dont buy right away, so they leave me hanging, what if they just want to sell and dont care about what I really need or am looking for? Literally so many questions. I can count on my hand the amount of times I have heard someone say they had a really great agent, and that made me nervous. Then I started to see a few homes that I was interested in on Zillow, and there was a link that said aEURoeclick here to see this home.aEUR? I thought well maybe its like a lottery ticket finding a good agent, and since I didnt know who to pick, I clicked the link for an agent to contact me. Within a few hours, Marianne Tucker reached out to me, and within a day, we went to see the first house. Due to my personal situation, I was trying to balance being timely in looking at homes, but I wasnt exactly ready to put in an offer, but I didnt want to wait too longaEUR?I was nervous about the whole process. I shared my story with Marianne and she immediately put me at ease. Knowing my circumstance, she never pressured me, she was diligent to follow up regularly to see where I was at in the process of buying. When the time came that I needed to move forward quickly, Marianne was there right away, not just scheduling appointments for homes I sent her that I was interested in, but she was working late at night, sending me homes she had found in her search. Anytime I reached out with a question, no matter the time of day/night, her response was always timely. And something HUGE to mention, when we looked at homes, she was always very up front with me about any potential issues with the home. She helped me see with an expertise perspectiveaEUR?things I wouldnt have typically noticed, she brought to my attention and would say, aEURoeyou dont really want to deal with thataEUR? or aEURoethink in the long run, that may cost a lot of money.aEUR? It was all very helpful and insightful! Then, the day came that I found the one! The house that was just perfect! She shared the excitement with me and wasted no time in drafting up my offer, making calls and keeping me updated on all details. Well, I closed on that perfect house early in October, and again, Marianne sharing in that excitement with cheers and hugs! I am all settled in and am so grateful and lucky that I was paired with Marianne! It was such a great experience and I would recommend her to anyone! I hope you choose her when you are in the market for your perfect home!
