Highest Rating Possible = Cheryl Scarborough! Cheryl Scarborough went above and beyond to help us find our new home that met all of our goals and that had perks we werent looking for! We were looking for a needle in a haystack and Cheryl tirelessly hung in there with us for 6 months!!! Our search range was wide and led down many, many roads throughout the midland and piedmont regions of South Carolina. This didnt deter Cheryls commitment to our nearly impossible hunt! She met us at locations on short notice and inconvenient times. She was a wealth of knowledge. Her 20 plus years of experience not only helped us find our home but also aided us with valuable tidbits for the sale of our current home, even though we were contracted with another agent. Cheryl answered and returned our countless phone calls and emails without making us feel that we were a burden! She was constantly researching listings and even investigated some possibilities before they went on the market. She is such a kind and caring person with a contagious sense of humor that we looked at her as a friend! It was very evident from the beginning that she views her profession as a mission and that she clearly takes the time to know her clients and understand their goals.
