RE/MAX Tiffany Real Estate

Rita was EXCELLENT throughout my entire home buying process. I would recommend her to any first time home buyer who is unfamiliar with the process. She was always available to talk/answer any of my questions at any point throughout my home buying journey. My girlfriend and me found a home that we love in Rancho Cucamonga, and Rita diligently negotiated for us to get us a great deal on the property. She constantly checked in to make sure we felt comfortable every step of the way, and continued to make sure every detail was taken care of during and after closing. We will most likely stick with Rita for all our real estate endeavors as long as she is still working !

Rita as significant in assisting us as we were unable to be in California due to our age and health conditions. She assisted us with an estate sale, house cleaning and even assisted us with getting phone numbers for utilities. She spoke with us regularly with updates on the various processes including escrow opening and closing. At every step we were kept updated. She is highly professional and we would use her again if the opportunity presented itself. It was a pleasure to get to know her and certainly a big relief that she focused on our unusual circumstances. She made this difficult task of selling from out of state stress free. Thank you, Rita you truly went above and beyond.

Rita was truly exceptional in helping us sell our parents' legacy home of 54 years. This was an emotional transaction, especially for our mom, and Rita handled every step with compassion, patience and professionalism. Rita guided us through the process with care and made a difficult time feel manageable- we're incredibly grateful for her support.

Rita been amazing for us on both selling our first house and buying our dream house. Shes very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Really Blessed to have her as my realtor and highly highly recommended!

Rita is awesome, we have used her to buy and sell a couple times now and wouldnt choose anyone else to help and guild us with this life changing process. She is highly recommended and truly cares about her clients.
