ZillowMy husband and I worked with Rita to buy a house in Anaheim. Another broker from where we live in the San Francisco Bay Area connected us to Rita. We talked to Rita on the phone to tell her what we wanted and that we'd have to view most houses virtually to minimize trips during Covid. She was literally amazing, not just because of how responsive she was throughout the process, but also because she immediately understood what we wanted and worked extremely diligently so in less than three months we closed on the house of our dreams! We ended up having to travel only twice, the first time we went for several days and Rita organized viewings for more than 12 houses. The second time was to do the house inspection after one of our offers got accepted (and after viewing another 10 or so more houses virtually with her showing us everything through her phone.)
