ZillowSuperAgent Ron. He answered the phone. Every time. He also did everything he said he'd do. He also sold our house for full price... TWICE! I've done a lot of real estate transactions. Ron is by far the best agent I've ever encountered. My Dad passed away and I had to sell our childhood home in Buena Park while living out of state. After a lot of digging and research, we narrowed our search for an agent down to six. I started dialing just after 5pm on a Monday afternoon. First call, voicemail. Second call, voicemail. Third call, voicemail with an automated text response. Fourth call, Ron picked up. It only took minutes to realize Ron knew the area, knew the market and knew real estate as well or better than anyone. We spoke a few times and I spoke w a couple of other agents doing my due diligence. But those other agents I spoke with had a high bar to reach and none came close. We hired SuperAgent Ron. Ron answered the phone every time I called him throughout that whole process. When Ron suggested the list price we start with, we were skeptical. It was high. I didn't want it to sit on the market. He didn't want to leave money on the table. We went with his number, we can always come down. He had two offers within days and turned one into a full price offer. A couple of weeks down the road it looked like it might fall through. Not Ron's fault. Within a day, he'd made calls to previously interested buyers and had it sold AGAIN... for full price. AGAIN! Amazing. I never had to make a trip to SoCal. Ron handled everything. The whole time it was smooth and in control. Did I mention he always answered the phone? Don't laugh at that Super Agent stuff. Dude needs a cape. For real.
