I have to say we worked with a few othet agents prior to meeting Carol. We decided to stick with her and working with her. We found homes and then Carol made the arrangements for us to see them. Carol is very friendly, listens to your concerns gives great advice on the homes and locations we visited. She worked very hard on helping us with our new home, from making offer, to helping us save money with reliable home inspectors. There were times that it looked as though the deal would fall out. But Carol kept a positive attitude and that helped us get through the rough spots. Carol even took time to confer with the agent selling our home to see that everybody was on the same page. If it wasn't for her we would have likely passed on this home. I highly recommend you pick one agent like Carol, an agent you like to work with, pledge your support and you will find what you want.
