My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Sherryl, she was by our side every step of the way! We had a particularly difficult process as we bought a HUD foreclosure, lots of extra red tape, paperwork, inspections, etc. were involved. We even changed our financing halfway through the process and we still closed our new home in record time. Sherryl kept in contact with us, we never had to track her down, she was a jump ahead of us with every thing she did. She was available to us on short notice to view homes, trudging through snow and freezing weather many times! Sherryl did whatever she needed to ensure paperwork was provided to our lender and seller promptly. Sherryl's personality is so friendly and upbeat! She was a true joy to be around, so much so in fact, I hope to remain friends with her on a non working level. Sherryl is not just a real estate agent doing her job, she went above and beyond repeatedly for us. Any questions we asked her, if she did not have an immediate answer she would find the answer and get back to us very quickly with a response. We will definitely recommend Sherryl to others!
