Steph was the listing agent for a house that we were intrested in purchasing. She is a very pushy agent with Unreasonably short time lines for the buyer to respond to. Example: She needed an answer to an issue that was discovered from an inspection that we had complete on the property which came back on the seller to repair, she expected an answer back in the late evening with a 26 min deadline. She is very unreasonable, rude, hung up on my agent for absolutely no reason. She canceled the contract without any negotiating, which has left a military family in a financial bind and just in a bind period. The house should have been listed aEURoeAs In conditionaEUR? if the seller did not want to fix any aEURoemajoraEUR? issues. There is a reason we paid for the third party inspection, not to receive answers back saying, It was in the condition when you viewed the property, I do not have to fix anything to bring it up to code! This has been a horrible experience with this woman!

It was a great experience having steph as our realtor all around. Very responsive, helped us negotiate, knowledgeable about the area, looked out for our interest and made the whole process simple. On top of that just an absolutely great person, she made me feel like part of the family.
