I worked with Mark and Katie to buy my first home and they made the process very easy. From sending me possible options to being super flexible in showing houses, I was grateful to have their help and knowledge! Will gladly work with them in future when buying or selling real estate.

Mark was straightforward without being pushy, he was available to meet in person as needed during the process. Katie, his key administrator, responded quickly when emailed, and she made the various parts of the sale process run along smoothly.

Steph was the listing agent for a house that we were intrested in purchasing. She is a very pushy agent with Unreasonably short time lines for the buyer to respond to. Example: She needed an answer to an issue that was discovered from an inspection that we had complete on the property which came back on the seller to repair, she expected an answer back in the late evening with a 26 min deadline. She is very unreasonable, rude, hung up on my agent for absolutely no reason. She canceled the contract without any negotiating, which has left a military family in a financial bind and just in a bind period. The house should have been listed aEURoeAs In conditionaEUR? if the seller did not want to fix any aEURoemajoraEUR? issues. There is a reason we paid for the third party inspection, not to receive answers back saying, It was in the condition when you viewed the property, I do not have to fix anything to bring it up to code! This has been a horrible experience with this woman!

Mark and his team at Charter House were awesome to work with. Got our house on the market and sold quickly and he handled the entire process very professionally. No complaints. I would recommend Marks's team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the greater Des Moines area.
