You can always count on Mark to tell you the truth and be upfront and realistic. He will always work in your best interest and be fair and do what is right. If you think you are getting something less because of the fee structure, you are in for a surprise. I have seen plenty of agents with their big commissions that are definitely not doing half of what Mark does and that is unfortunate. He truly will serve you well if you work with him and you will not be disappointed.

He did such a good job that after looking at 15-20 properties I ended up buying the first one he showed me, talk about spot on! The one thing that truly stood out to me most was his availability. After going under contract and the home being new construction, I was needing to get measurements for everything in the house. Mark went out of his way and was available on Saturday/Sunday mornings to grant me access into the property so I could get appliances/blinds/furniture ordered. Mark always took the time to answer our questions and explain many aspects of buying a house that we did not understand. Mark was always a great communicator and we always knew what was expected of us through the entire process! We never had to wait long for a reply from Mark, he was always just a phone call away. After our first meeting we sent him a list of houses we were interested in and Mark was ready to show them to us the next day! He went with us to the showings and gave us advice on each house. When we were ready to put our bid on our house Mark was in Mexico and he (while on vacation) took time away to work with us and help us negotiate for our house! He was a great realtor through our whole process, he was always responsive to text messages (our preferred communication medium) and called back when we left a voicemail.
