ZillowVERIFIEDSteph was the listing agent for a house that we were intrested in purchasing. She is a very pushy agent with Unreasonably short time lines for the buyer to respond to. Example: She needed an answer to an issue that was discovered from an inspection that we had complete on the property which came back on the seller to repair, she expected an answer back in the late evening with a 26 min deadline. She is very unreasonable, rude, hung up on my agent for absolutely no reason. She canceled the contract without any negotiating, which has left a military family in a financial bind and just in a bind period. The house should have been listed aEURoeAs In conditionaEUR? if the seller did not want to fix any aEURoemajoraEUR? issues. There is a reason we paid for the third party inspection, not to receive answers back saying, It was in the condition when you viewed the property, I do not have to fix anything to bring it up to code! This has been a horrible experience with this woman!

ZillowVERIFIED Our extended family moved both our home and business to Iowa from Upper Michigan, so timing and efficiency loomed large for us. Steph was a pleasure to work with during the whole year it took us to plan our move, choose our new home, and complete our purchase. During much of the process, we lived and worked in Upper Michigan while Steph took care of matters in Iowa. Her communication with us was superb: quick, accurate, and useful. We recommend Steph without reservation to anyone looking to buy a new home!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Steph on the build of a home over the course of two years. Throughout the process of changing lots, floor plans, etc she remained flexible and responded to any question or request we had. Always professional and friendly, she really made us feel like we had a partner in the process. We would definitely call her again for any transaction, whether it's a new build or the purchase/sale of an existing home.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Steph Reed to anyone! As a first time home buyer, I was a little bit unsure in the beginning of what to look for in a home and how the home-buying process worked. Steph was very honest and crystal clear about the process. She answered all of my questions and helped show me the benefits and downfalls of each house. It took me a long time to find a house that I wanted, but she was always willing to meet with me and help me find the exact fit for me. She is very friendly and easy going. I never felt like she was trying to pressure me in any way. I could tell that she is very experienced and good at her job. If I ever decide to move, I will most certainly call Steph Reed again.

ZillowVERIFIED Steph Reed is the most amazing real estate agent! She went way beyond the call of duty when she helped us find and buy our house. We moved from out-of-state, which made finding a home more challenging, since we didn't have much time off work to keep traveling back and forth looking for homes. Homes were selling fast, so we had to act quickly. Steph and her team stepped right up and found us a house, made an offer, and sealed the deal while we were over 300 miles away! She's courteous, professional, prompt, fun, gifted, experienced, and perceptive. We love our house and the neighborhood and the people here, and we owe it all to Steph. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Steph is amazing to work with! From start to finish, I felt so calm because I knew Steph had everything under control. She is a person of integrity and I knew that she would always have our best interests in mind. We had to leave the state before our home sold, and I was confident that Steph would help us take care of everything! She was so great we've recommended her to all of our friends. No one knows Ankeny better...she's the best!
