Andrew is an extremely patient, kind and knowledge realtor. Buying our first home, my husband and I knew a little of what we wanted in a house and the location in which we wanted it, but we definitely needed guidance. Andrew quickly got a feel for what we would like in a house and would send us many homes to choose from weekly. He was always available for our questions, no matter how trivial, and was completely honest in answering our every concern. He took the time to let us look at many different homes, sometimes more than once, before settling on a beautiful home in the area we desired most. According to our mortgage agent, he is one of the 5% of realtors in the area who actually know how to calculate the price of a mortgage, which is very helpful in trying to find a price range that is right for the home buyer. I have heard horror stories about couples who buy their first homes: how overwhelming and frustrating it was. I was so thankful and blessed we found Andrew to help us with our first purchase.
