During this process I've been thinking in the back of my mind how to express what an outstanding real estate agent she is because she is just not only a completely awesome agent but one of the most thoughtful, knowledgeable, kind, understanding, funny, honest, generous, helpful and supportive people you hope to have on your side. If you want it, in a nutshell, think of the person in your life who always does what is in your best interest.We met her at an open house she was holding which after spending a half hour or so we realized the layout was not right for us. However, we spent an additional hour just speaking with Brenda about our current home and about beginning to look for a new home as she was literally the first open house we went to in our search. We did not have a real estate agent at the time and was actually hoping to meet someone we liked as we went to different open houses. After we left, we realized we admired her expertise, honesty and basically had a good gut feeling about her. She even took the time to email us information on what we discussed at the open house within the next day. We googled her to read reviews and was blown away by them! We felt so lucky she agreed to be our agent after emailing her back on the information she provided. One of the things we found out in the process of selling and buying is that Brenda has an arsenal of people she can direct you to or utilizes herself whether it is a mortgage broker, banker, stager, interior designer or Sunday night 9 pm plumber. These are just not connections, these are talented professionals who thoroughly know their field and enjoy what they do so it is their passion to be there for you 100%While getting the current house ready for sale, Brenda's subtle indirect but direct advise was spot on. You think your house is fine or in this current 2017 market it will just sell, but look you gotta believe this woman has been in hundreds of homes, listen to her! That is what got us full asking price within days of being put up for sale and beating the neighborhood comps. While looking at new homes, her over 30 years of selling in Lehigh Valley showed in her expertise of the neighborhoods and the builder's who built them. She certainly steered us away from the less desirable ones!Long story short, Brenda guided us into a home we are completely happy to call home and sold the current one quickly. We feel like we won the Real Estate Powerball having Brenda has our agent. If she was a baseball player she'd be in the hall of fame. OK, I'm gushing now....

My wife and I did not know much about the area we were looking to buy, and Brenda did a great job of guiding us to the neighborhoods that fit our lifestyle and budget. She did a wonderful job explaining the pros and cons of each area, and then let us think on them to make the decision for ourselves. It's always nice to work with someone who isn't being pushy.She also has great follow through after the sale. She provided us with recommendations for local contractors to fix small things after we moved in Brenda even offered to pay for something the seller was supposed to take care in our agreement but didn't! It was a miscommunication on my part but she offered to pay for it nonetheless. She even connected me with someone to help me find local commercial real estate for a business venture. I've learned that a good one can change your buying/selling experience from grueling to enjoyable, no matter the market climate. After moving to the Lehigh Valley, I heard about Brenda and after getting to know her, was sure I wouldn't hire anyone else to sell my house when that day came. Before I had the chance, my neighbor offered to buy my house for over market value when he found out I was leaving the area. Long story made short, I never had the chance to work with Brenda. Years later, across the country, I was ready to buy another house and I contacted her for some advice. After discussing what we were looking for, Brenda graciously offered to scout some realtors and let me know who she thought would be the best fit. Her choice was spot on. During our house hunt, I bent Brenda's ear about a few things when I wanted to get another opinion. She was responsive, resourceful, and an incredibly helpful voice of reason while we negotiated a seller's market. In the end, we got a house that checked most of our boxes, in the exact neighborhood we wanted, before it even went on the market. (Read: no bidding war!) Her incredibly helpful service cost us nothing - our realtor is sharing part of her commission with Brenda as a referral fee. (Best money we never spent!) If you are fortunate to live in (or be moving to) the Lehigh Valley, you owe it to yourself to talk to Brenda about buying or selling your home. She has a keen eye, knows how to talk some sense into you when you waver from your path, and has her finger on the pulse of the local market. When I lived in the Lehigh Valley and Brenda's name came up with local realtors, they only had positive things to say. I believe a realtor who is admired by other, local realtors gives you an edge when it comes to negotiating and finding "secret houses" like ours that a quality realtor can bring you before they hit the market.If you're not so lucky to live near Brenda, or know someone who lives far away and doesn't know where to start, you might consider asking her for a referral. ZillowVERIFIED Brenda can be annoying at times. But she managed to sell my girlfriend's house at a nice price, and found her an exceptional twin in Allentown before it went on the market for less than properties not nearly as nice selling for 20% more. So when I was looking, I contacted Brenda. After looking at a few properties I found on Zillow. When I told her what I ideally wanted, she found a beautiful, unique house from an estate sale that the sellers had dropped the price considerably on. It was already under contract, but buyer was having financing difficulty, and they accepted my cash offer. Brenda not only helped my girlfriend and I find ideal properties, and sell a house, she helped negotiate good prices, and helped with some of the minor moving expenses, or finding services and vendors for needed items. If you're looking for your next BFF, you might want to look elsewhere. But if you want a competent realtor who knows real estate in the Lehigh Valley, you should consider giving her a call.

After Brenda was done cleaning and staging our home, it sold on the first weekend. It also did not even resemble what our home had looked like previously. Brenda is a great agent.
