When my mother needed to sell the home this year, I knew I wanted to work with Andrew again. This time, the circumstances were a lot more complicated, as I had relocated abroad and my mother could not be available to assist Andrew during the sale process. Despite these challenges, Andrew was extraordinarily flexible, just as he was when we purchased the home, always responsive and making time to meet over video calls despite the time difference and finding ways to solve whatever issues came up along the way. He was meticulous and thorough, and managed the sale masterfully, securing an offer well above the asking the price and enabling my mother to earn an excellent return on the investment for her retirement. A friend recommended Andrew for reasons she struggled to explain, but kept using the words comfortable and down to earthaEUR" so Ill try to explain :) We were doing a significant cross states move. Our time line changed about 100 times, what we were looking for also shifted here and there. I am Passionate and a little crazy- and i zillowed houses till my face fell off on top of taking his recommendations.
