ZillowVERIFIEDHuge disappointment and do not recommend her to anyone in any real estate transaction. She was my listing agent, and presented me with a weak offer she encouraged me to accept. It went to closing, but Janice upended the sale based upon fiction and forged legal documents from a broker I reported to the pennsylvania real estate commission last year. Not responsive at all. No backbone at all. She dumped my sale and our listing contract for no reason whatsoever.

ZillowVERIFIED In the process of interviewing realtors to assist us in selling our home, Janice became the obvious choice. She explained very clearly how she would develop a plan for placing our home on the market and what options we would have to accomplish selling our home. Janice has a very clear understanding of the ever-changing housing market, which was a huge help in setting our expectations for the sale of our home. Janice was well versed in all of the latest marketing tools and techniques that would be used to present our home to the home buying public. Janices personality and communication skills make the stressful process of selling a home a much less anxious experience. Janice kept us informed through the entire negotiating process and was much aligned with our expectations. From our first meeting through closing the entire experience was as stress free as the selling of your home can be. It was a pleasure working with such a competent professional as Janice and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor to assist him or her with buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We found Janice after an extensive search of local realtors and what a fantastic choice we made. She is knowledgeable, responsive and just a pleasure to work with. She had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process of selling our home. Janice went above and beyond assisting us with every aspect of the selling and relocating process. ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Janice for the sale of our home and she helped make the process go smoothly. This was our first time selling and she took the time to discuss the process in detail and gave us recommendations for any work that needed to be done before listing and sold our place for more than we expected!

ZillowVERIFIED Janice guided us through the purchase of our new home and sale of our previous home and it couldnt have gone better. She has a fantastic talent of keeping you in the loop with critical milestones and decision points without going overboard. It was clear her focus is on you and your wishes, not simply pushing a sale for her benefit. Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Janice truly is one the best realtors you are going to meet. Anywhere. Not just the lehigh valley. From the very beginning to the end, she understands all the ins and outs and explains them simply and easily. You never wonder if she is on your team, she is. She works for you tirelessly, answers all your ridiculous questions, quells all your worries, and is honest when she is waiting on an answer. She made the ridiculous process of going from normal life to buying a house at the beginning of covid, to helping us be one of the first to close in face masks (way back in the beginning of april), seem simple and easy.

Not only was she responsive to our questions, she went out of her way to explain each step of the process and help organize the timeline for us. ZillowVERIFIED Janice did a great job helping me buy my first home. She's excellent at communicating and did not have any issues getting responses. She also was on top of following up with my mortgage lender when they were terrible at communicating. Janice knows the home buying process well and has a good understanding of the housing market prices.

ZillowVERIFIED We found Janice by accident and we are so glad that we did! She was the first to respond to show us a listing that was not even hers, and then proceeded to show us house after house until we found our dream home in the perfect neighborhood. She got us every concession that we asked for, answered every one of our thousands of questions, and even educated us along the way. If I was ever to move again, which I am not, I would call Janice first.

ZillowVERIFIED Relocating from another state could be complex. It was important that I have someone with strong knowledge of the neighborhood & mortgage process applicable to my new location. Janice came highly recommended and with her expertise, I experienced my smoothest closing ever (i've been through 3). She was thorough, represented my interest well, she is tech savvy (used online resources to update me on deadlines), always reachable.(text, email, phone call ), provided excellent resources (bankers, inspectors) and made a potentially complex.project manageable.

ZillowVERIFIED Janice is an extremely knowledgeable agent that is willing to work hard for all her clients, big or small. I was in the market for a home under $200K and never once did I feel slighted for being a small client. In fact, Janice went above and beyond, she was willing to go as far away as Quakertown, as well as the entire Lehigh Valley. As a new-comer to the Valley, Janice's local insight was invaluable. She was able to provide intimate details about the different neighborhoods of Bethlehem, Allentown, etc. because she herself has lived in the area for a long time. Besides being a good realtor, I have never felt so good about the kind of person I was working with. Janice is a kind, down-to-earth, easy-to-talk to realtor who really gets to know her clients, and you get to know her along the way. I came close to putting an offer in on three properties before finally going through with the property that become my new home. Not once did a feel Janice was getting "tired" of showing me properties or that she was annoyed with my in-decision. As far as negotiating, Janice will fight for you no matter what. The property I bought was for nearly 16% below asking, a price I felt was fair due to renovations/updates that needed to be done to the home. Through the long (multiple week) negotiating process, Janice was very responsive and communication was abundant every step of the way. Overall, I highly recommend Janice to ANY home buyer!

ZillowVERIFIED Janice is a top notch realtor. She is an excellent communicator. She utilizes social media, keeps buyers apprised of changes in the market, finds obscure properties, works with other realtors, is honest, targets different audiences, develops web pages and keeps the seller in the know. She is always active in selling properties and offers her professional opinion when working with those in the market to sell. She is extremely knowledgeable of her area and locates properties quickly and decisively. She is at the top of her game and was a great asset when we sold our home. We received new real estate updates every day and she was always available to visit properties when requested. This professional is not only a friend but a stalwart in real estate in the Lehigh Valley and Pocono region. I could recommend no one more highly.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I connected with Janice by chance through Zillow when we made a house viewing request, she replied immediately, and scheduled a showing for the next day. A couple days later (on her birthday) she showed us a few more homes, one of which we placed an offer on that same night. The process from offer to closing went incredibly smoothly and Janice kept us informed every step of the way. Her responses to any questions and concerns were always handled quickly and with care. She really seemed to have our best interests at heart. We would definitely work with Janice again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Janice was wonderful! She was very accommodating throughout the whole process. I was coming from New York to Pennsylvania every weekend and she was always available to show me houses I was requesting to see - no matter how many those were. She also had a great knowledge of the area I was looking in. Janice was very quick to respond to my emails/text messages with questions and concerns.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our first home buying experience. We were intimidated by the process and uneasy about what real estate agent to use as we had no recommendations. I truly believe that Janice was a bigger find than the house! It was wonderful to work with her. She was informative, accessible, and nice (which is quite important when you have a million questions). While Janice was with us every step of the way, she allowed us to choose our home. She did not push for any particular purchase and was team BUYER all the way. We HIGHLY recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED We first met with Janice Pigga on our initial inquiry into purchasing a home in the Bethlehem area of PA. Being from New York we were not familiar with the purchase procedures in this state. Janice showed us quite a few of the properties we had chosen, but she also took the time to determine what our real preferences were and match them up with the area communities. She then found us a beautiful condo in an excellent community and made the suggestion to us to have a look. It was perfect. We thought that from that point on the realtor was done. Not so. Janice remained with the sale from the contract right through to the closing, working closely with our out of state lender, and even negotiating issues with the seller's agent on our behalf. We believe this purchase finally happened in large part to the over and above efforts of Mrs. Pigga. We are very grateful for her patience and guidance, and would definitely use her again in the future. We highly recommend Mrs. Pigga to other buyers in her area.

ZillowVERIFIED Janice recently helped us purchase a home we love. We were downsizing after living in the same home for 34 years. We thought we'd never find something we liked. Janice seemed to understand what we were looking for better than we did. She identified properties that might be of interest, was patient when we debated whether or not to make offers, and gave us good guidance in navigating a sellers' market. When we finally fell in love with a house, she moved quickly and skillfully to ensure that we were the successful bidders. Buying a house can be stressful, but Janice made it less so. She was helpful through the whole process without being pushy. We recommend her highly.
