My husband was offered a promotion and in turn we get to move to beautiful Maine, but all this needed to be done in a very quick timeframe. I called Greg with sold squad and he was at our house that evening! He advised us what we should and shouldn?t do before selling, he truly save us so much money in the process which allowed us to get our house on the market right away as needed. We were aware that this was a sellers market but blown away by how fast things moved along, but with that said Greg truly went above and beyond. He is so genuine and easy to talk with, a wealth of knowledge and always willing to help in anyway. I can not speak highly enough for the services he offers. We were so amazed at all the detail in our homes listing, which had a floor plan, 3D walk through and video. The amount of effort, thoughtfulness, detail and patience he provided, is unremarkable. We would most certainly and with the utmost high regard recommend Greg with sold squad to help anyone through the buying selling/ process. We will forever be grateful for everything he did for our Family.

Greg Maiser of the Sold Squad knows as much as anyone I've met about real estate and houses. Greg handled three property transactions for us over the past 3 years, and was a tremendous resource all the way. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would! He is thorough, professional, hardworking and always accessible, and has been around long enough to know all the angles. Most recently, Greg sold our home in Princeton, MA, on March 21, 2025. We had to relocate a few months prior, and he was a tremendous resource to have on our side. We, recently, sold our house with Greg from Sold Squad and during the whole process he was professional, honest and calming in his approach. He answered all of our questions and gave us realistic options going forward. But it was after the sale that his honesty, integrity and helpfulness came through. We never realized the amount of things that needed to be done after the sale and to all my panicked inane questions his answer was always ?I?ll take care of it?. His command and time frame of what needed to be done and when was invaluable. I?m sure there are many competent realtors in the area but I would be hard pressed to find any business person who is more focused and determined to get you through the after sale process as Greg.

Greg was the most thorough, attentive professional I?ve ever had the pleasure working with. He was in constant contact with me at every step so that I was informed. He helped with many things that weren?t in his regular job description because he knew I needed help. He is truly second to none. I couldn?t have done it without all his help.

Wendy was overall very nice and made the rental process easy! Working with me gave me the ability to move in very quickly. She communicated honestly with what to expect. I would highly recommend her and will definitely have her help again in the future!
