ZillowVERIFIED Greg was an excellent agent to work with. Ive heard horror stories from friends, with non-responsive agents, or agents who didnt know what they were doing. Not so with Greg. He always responded promptly, often immediately, when we had a question or concern. His knowledge of the Real Estate salespurchase process was excellent, and his list of contacts in the area is long and proved helpful.We had a plumbing problem in our new home, shortly after moving in. I contacted Greg, explaining the issue. He responded that same night, explaining what the normal process is when you experience an issue in a new home. By the following afternoon he had contacted the home inspector, the sellers, and both attorneys to look into our options for addressing the issue. Luckily for us, it turned out to be a simple fix. But Gregs response in this situation was nothing short of excellent!
